This course will explore the changes and trends in the insurance industry that have led to all individuals needing to have a sales mentality, and will then introduce an actionable model of selling that can be used by all people in a customer service based role, regardless of their pre-existing knowledge or experience with sales. Topics will include how to ask probing questions, overcoming objections, and closing with confidence.
This education session will be held in the Horticultural Building beginning at 1:30 PM on May 4, 2016.
